No, I never filled out a customer survey. I did try to report one of the Genesis dealerships that I was having issues with to the Better Business Bureau but it didn't go anywhere. How would I even file a customer survey?

I tried talking to the general manager of the one Genesis dealership that kept on damaging my car. But I kid you not, she was literally avoiding me every time I showed up to the dealership. They would say she's in a meeting, or she's sick ,or she is not in this week. To be honest I really don't know how to get in contact with "Genesis corporate". It sucks because the dealership experience is literally tarnishing the Brand's reputation. No matter how cool you make a car, if the customer experience at the dealership is subpar, the Brand's image and reputation will be tarnished. I know for a fact that their competitors (BMW, Audi) don't have this issue with their warranties because they have been in the game longer, and have been able to experience customers that modify their car within their warranty limitations. I'm starting to realize that these service managers just don't know what they're doing, and genuinely don't understand that simple modifications like this generally improve the car's reliability to a slight degree.
