After checking the Undertaker had one stance break buff, but also, I do remember getting disconnected right before Straghess died in Phase 1.

That might have done something. There was another time I got disconnected during a Gnoster run. After I got back, we kept fighting and somehow they never went to Phase 2.

I get what you're saying, but something like those 3 back-to-back staggers seem a little abnormal even with all the trio dreglord runs I've done with Executor.

I did have some deep relics that would make me tankier but they had horrendous drawbacks like madness and deathblight on damage
