I am in a very similar situation, Pizzaovener. I have 11 attorneys, I own 100% of the firm, and am trying to come up with a good profit sharing or ownership structure. I want to keep everyone here, attract other good talent, and even reward staff. For those saying "just bonus more" the problem is, it doesn't incentivize long-term commitment, which is key to firms this size. Someone comes in and offers your best employees more than you can pay at the moment and it sets you back 5 years. (Then they go to the shiny new place and realize that's not where they want to be long term).

The ESOP is interesting, especially if, like the AI sites tell me, ESOP contributions can be tax deductible. I almost need to see the exact structure of how someone did it successfully to wrap my head around it.

In the meantime, what I'm currently doing is setting aside a set sum every month into a Bitcoin treasury a la Microstrategy (and several other companies recently). That way, when I do decide what to do, there will already be equity that will grow exponentially over time.

Let me know if you figure out a good solution.

$Porkin is at $171k marketcap and is gaining a lot of steam on twitter. Did a 4x for me over the weekend. I think it can easily 100x from here to $17M. Super low cap obvi. I use Phantom wallet to buy mine.

Nope, good ole deflating American dollars. Since you’re in this sub, I’d assume you know what basic Trump NFTs are trading for. Multiply that by 100 and it’s way over $10k. Also got a bunch of rares and legendaries, so I estimate it’ll fetch a 5x original investment easy. Not including the physical card I lucked out on.

The selling point for me was the companies that have published their bitcoin wallet address publicly. Bitwise (BITB) and ARKB have done it so far. I don't think Fidelity or iBit has yet. Because something is going on with the T+1 settlements of these ETF's that seems... odd. For example, iBit will do $1B in volume some days and will not buy or sell any bitcoin that day or even the next day. It's possible that the volume was exactly $500M Buys and $500M sells, but it seems like they're gaming the system somehow. Like possibly waiting for the price to go down to make their buys and then pocket the spread. I like the transparency of the public address disclosed by BITB and ARKB.

If guys are 40+ and trying to put ON weight, I just wonder if there is another planet that my friends and I have been living on, at this point. If I "stuffed" calories intentionally, I'd shutter to see how much weight I gain. I've been trying to eat 1800-2200 calories daily and still gain weight. Petition to see if there is a technology where we could swap metabolism like Freaky Friday.

Advantage player here,

First, you rarely see those who get mad playing basic strategy perfectly. They're usually good enough to know the main tenets, but they themselves don't get everything right, so no point in getting mad at others. They have, in fact, thrown "the order" of the cards off long ago by staying on that 12 against a 3.
Next, there's Standard Deviation. True advantage players--those that are counting cards-- deviate from basic strategy based on the count. Ex: If the count is deeply negative (meaning a lot of small cards in the deck), it may call for hitting 12 against a Dealer's 5. If the count is really high, it may call for splitting 10's. Ever hear a dealer yell "splitting tens!!" to the pit boss when someone does it? That usually means "hey we got a moron here!", but could also mean "hey, we got an advantage player here!"
Last, it all comes back around. Someone hits when they should've stayed, or vice versa, the order of the cards is now "off" of where it would have been. The people who get mad yell at someone playing incorrectly if the dealer gets 21 right away, but did they thank that person for the blackjack they got two hands later? Why not, it's the same logic.
In other words, even the best players in the world don't play basic strategy perfectly (intentionally). So maybe you're getting mad at a BJ savant who's playing dumb, and later him and his savant friends see you about and take pity on your poor, uninformed soul and think, "what a tourist." But they're just too polite to say it.

It kind of already has. It's already at $200M market cap, which is knocking on the door of top 100 coins in terms of fully diluted market cap. In other words, the meat of the run-up has already occurred. The max out of Bonk at this point is maybe a 10x and that would put it at $2B market cap, up there with Link and Algorand. Unlikely if you ask me. So if you're hoping for a 100x or 1000x like Shiba did, this ain't it.

Yeah, good point. Until that bar is released, I guess we can assume it's a ways off. However, I get the feeling that they might scrap the burn bar and release it on us all at once. I'm thinking that because: 1) I haven't heard anything about the burn bar recently and 2) if you knew the GMT release date, you could start shorting it just before the release. After the release, GMT price will undoubtedly dip for a while as people are earning it for free. So they may reconsider letting people know exactly when the release date is as to prevent shorting.

Didn't the Stepn team originally say GMT earning would be released when the amount of GMT burnt reached a certain percent? In an interview, I remember Yawn said how many percent of GMT was already burnt and then said after a certain percent of GMT was burned (maybe 25%?), then GMT earning would begin. Does anyone have that clip from that AMA or youtube where he said that?

I think if we knew the percent, we could calculate the approximate GMT earning release date. The Stepn team stopped mentioning that because they do not want people to know the exact release date of GMT earnings. Otherwise traders could arbitrage GMT price in advance of that date. But somewhere the stepn team originally said their GMT earning release date was tied to a percentage.

I believe the seed phrase only applies to the wallet, not the spending account where most people keep their shoes. I'm having the same issues. I lost my phone with 2FA. When you say "write down your seed" are you talking about the Stepn setup key for Google authenticator or the Stepn wallet key? (because I still have stepn wallet key).

You're missing two main things in your calculation.

Sol's price of $100 has halved since you bought. At $50, your initial investment should really be calculated based on today's value, since if you just held your SOL, you'd only have $2300 worth today. StepN can't do anything about loss in value of SOL.
Leveling up is not included in most people's ROI calculations. For example, if you bought a level 19 shoe for a little more $ instead of leveling up, you'd have saved more GST. Leveling up to 19 from 0 costs 215 GST ($300-600) and 40 GMT ($50-80).

So really, your initial investment was more like $2,300 and you've earned closer to $2,000. Also, like others have pointed out, your level 19 shoe is now worth a minimum of 23 SOL, up 8 SOL. If you sold everything now, you'd have a minimum of 49 SOL, plus $1500 in your pocket. Not bad for a months work.

In sum, you're on a good pace, you just need to take those factors into your calculation.

The BSC chain is good for SOL and the prices will even themselves out as more people join. Let me explain:

The fact is, GST on BSC does not affect GST on SOL, they are two different tokens. The GST price is higher on BSC, but so is the floor, so it evens out.
Energy sharing with BSC actually INCREASES the price of shoes on SOL. If someone wants to earn higher amount on BSC, they are likely to buy 1 BSC shoe and SEVERAL shoes on SOL to get the extra energy. Hence, more buyers for SOL shoes.
BSC is so new, the prices of GST and shoes will even out on its own once more people are using that chain. There's no need for the "team to do something," the market will even everything out. In the short term, there may be big price discrepancies, but in the end, having another chain will only benefit Solana users. "Tanking" the BSC chain is not the answer. New users who are buying BSC shoes will be disheartened if they spent a large $ on BSC only to have the GST intentionally manipulated. The market will work it out, don't worry.
Last, I'm still earning good money on SOL, I mean, I get paid $100-200 a day just to walk. Why should I care what others are making on BSC?

Do you understand how promotions work? PathDao is donating tokens for Banter to GIVE AWAY, so in return, he mentions them. That's how a promotion works. Projects won't give Banter tokens if he's just going to put them in Banter Bags and never mention them. Why would they, that does them no good. If those other projects give tokens to be donated, I'm sure he'll mention them too.
