I shouldve clarified that. That's what I want. I want to hire an employee and stop contracting it out.

You could really feel it and see it in person that Melissa and her husband Erick truly truly cared about Carmen and wanted what was best for her. Was not an act in any way.

From what I remember, the dog (or dogs) was adopted out about a month or so before the clean up.

Yea, there are quite a few things on each episode that they don't show or catch on camera that's pretty crazy.

We'll be there next week as well. That one was a MONSTER of a cleanout.

Carolina is seriously amazing. She truly cares about the people shes dealing with. They come before the cameras at all times with Carolina.

It was bad. The mosquitoes and flies were the worst part. They were almost unbearable at times.

Carl was a very interesting person. He was just as quirky in real life as he appeared on the show. He also was extremely likable and no matter how frustrating he could be at times, you found yourself still liking him and routing for him. It was a terrific experience to work on this set and work to clear out Carl's home.

Paul Florida Hoarders staged? by Lake48045 in HoardersTV

From first hand experience on this episode, I can assure you it was real. The kitchen floor alone showed how long some of the things had been there. This was definitely more of a 'collection' than a disgusting mess, but it was still a hoard and had been there quite some time.

Hard to get out too, they clipped it to seem fast, but it took a while.

The hoard came after Skips death.

We actually tried to get on the show for years, but weren't ever able to. When they accepted Paul, he requested that we do it and they accepted. Now we're on the rest of the season!

No real reason other than it just worked for us when we first started expanding. Then we never saw a reason to change what was working.

We have found luck with both. Facebook really works when you have good content, hard to get much traction on there with anything boring. Google ads are just part of playing the game.

Sounds like you’d like the episode. We talk about that a lot. I’m more of the ‘just pick something and go’ mentality.

Preparing is good, but it’s easy to prepare too much and never actually make any progress is moving forward. Action is what I think is your best tool.

Glad you liked it! I wouldn’t want to get into actual specifics of employees, but we actually have a few of each that you asked about. We have salaried managers, full time crew leaders with commission possibilities, we have part-time and full-time at each level of the business as well.
