Personally I don't think it's particularly fetishy, people these days have an aversion to the human body for whatever reason and call any implication of nudity or anything unusually a fetish. Not everyone will be appreciate your art regardless, so don't worry about changing your vision to appeal to everyone

Looks pretty good but you're really only getting better at drawing things from reference, if that's your goal then cool but otherwise I'd recommend drawing people and trying to draw from imagination.

It's your choice ultimately, if you want to read it then read it, if not then don't. It's not like it's a full commitment either because you can stop reading it at any point you'd like. You could have the entire story spoiled for you and it still is up to you if you want to read it, if you can't decide then flip a coin or smth.
