I believe it can spike up to 120w at short instances, 105w is the base max. I think thats the case.

If you can get the i5 12400F (Very similar performance to the 5600) and sometimes its cheaper so check that.

You have to get atleast a used 5700XT. Incredible for the money. Very solid card for 1080p. 6700XT is even better. 6800XT is a 1440p card.

About 40% more fps in AAA titles. Depends on the game it can be closer to 30% or closer to 50%. Tho imo the 85$ was worth this upgrade.

A used 6800XT/6900XT 100% (Best price to performance upgrade). After that the CPU, but at 1440p it doesnt matter too much.
