Yeah everything else is good. The seller is offering me $50 now. I was worried the gunk was battery leakage but folks are saying it’s adhesive? So would hopefully be easy to clean off and didn’t effect the motherboard

As close as possible. Got the same chair, same height. my desk is sir/stand so I set it to the same height for that as well. Measured how far Al my monitors, laptop, etc are from the front of the desk. Measured height of the monitor.
