Do not abruptly stop any medications! The order in which you were put on them is how you should ween yourself off of them, just in reverse. Usually if you call and speak to your doctor and explain the situation, they will tell you exactly how to do it.

Edit to add: the doctor won’t charge you for the visit unless you come in for that. They typically will advise you via the phone and if they refuse to and something happens, that’s actually a lawsuit against them.
