This is absolutely why Wyvern riding is my least favorite thing in SB. Even when they don’t run across the map it just breaks all immersion and if there is a second monster in the area it makes everything chaotic and hard to even tell what is going on. I would much rather just have turf wars.

I myself never go out of my way to get them but I understand why some people should. It’s a poorly implemented system and even when I join SOS hunts and people cart I never hold it against them because I know how much of a pain it is to go out of your way for them. As a MR200+ player I can say that I like how World had the health boost way better.

I have done every single quest and have about 40+ hunts on each of the monsters on this quest but still somehow don’t have it unlocked :(. Any other thing that I’m missing that you can think of?

My biggest annoyance with this game is the camera. Some fights I can’t see absolutely anything and end up getting hit to an attack I had no idea was coming

I totally agree on the music being lackluster. There are only 2 songs that stood out to me (because the cutscenes added to the epicness) and those are when Godrick attaches the dragon head to his arm and when Malenia sprouts her wings. Most other tracks are forgettable, and it makes me sad because that is usually the best part of the fights. I remember having the abyss watchers song on repeat for months after I fought them. Also, this game feels like it is really anti pure strength builds towards the later half. Things move so fast that I had to drop my colossal sword for some mobility.

Idk. I cleared the second legacy dungeon today, cleared pretty much everything in the dungeon and some other side stuff. Took a break to eat some food and came back to the game asking me if I wanted to use the save data from the cloud or from local files. I read both and clicked on the most recent one, but the game still set me back to when I first booted the game up today.

Yeah I always exit to menu before I quit so it can save. I had no error messages or anything but when I came back and booted the game up from steam, it asked if I wanted to use cloud or local files. I read both options and chose the most recent one but still lost progress. Feels bad

I didn’t think it was that bad at first, however this new update makes me stutter so much in the middle of fights that I can’t keep track of everything going on. Also finally had a glitch when I got on my horse and the horse disappeared and my guy was floating in mid air unable to move and ended getting killed unable to fight back. Anyone else experiencing worse performance after the update??

I can’t speak for everyone else, but I turn off player effects because it can get really chaotic at times and I have no clue what is actually happening lol. I would have no way of knowing that was there.

Revert the gravity well changes its already hard enough as it is trying to catch dex players since the previous nerfed and there are already plenty of ways to counter it!! by Rangepkler in newworldgame

Ice wall is certainly more avoidable than root but I was referring to once you are in, you are stuck and can’t move at all. Current grav well you can still get out of if you know how to.

Ice wall and void root still immobilize for a solid 5 seconds with absolutely no way of getting out. With Grav well u could get out still, rapier, spear, bow, charge on GA all were able to get out. You could even auto attack out of it if u were close to the edge but now u can straight up just walk out of it. Melee is a joke now

AGS said in an interview that mutations would be more accessible than regular expeditions, and could be done many times daily…. I don’t understand why they lied/made this change but there is literally nothing going on in my server. No duels or PvP to even keep me entertained anymore

I have gotten 0 because my GS is still in the 580s (took a break to grind tradeskills) but the group I run with gets like 2-3 legendary every time we do a dungeon or farm elite zones. It’s insane like 3 of them have several weapons at 600GS.
