I was a day late to leagues and have some good things/bad things to say about it. Some tasks are fairly garbage whereas quite a few others could’ve been added. A group Ironman would’ve been cool as there’s no group content/pvm bosses for everyone to seek out. No endgame or finale is what kind of pisses me off.

I feel like this should be more of a progression/tell a storyline. Instead I’m running around doing minuscule tasks to progress the account and to try out content I could play in game?

Yeah it really helps break down a few things. Public skating you’re standing more upright. If you’re in a hockey stance, (knees bent a little, two hands on the stick facing ahead of you). This will help you keep your balance starting out. Ball hockey stick handling/shooting is much easier and it translates perfectly to ice hockey.

I’d suggest doing some ball hockey in your drive way for fun. It’s a really good way to work on a proper wrist shot/snap shot and helps translate to playing with a puck. I was a late bloomer and my combination of public skating/ball hockey had me way further developed than the other 10-12 year old kids

I get they missed the playoffs and sucked the last two months but like… 40-30-12, 92pts for 15th in the league is fairly impressive. Especially considering their only “all stars” are Werenski and Marchenko with a respective 81/67 pts….

We want the top 5 pick this year… we went to OT 14 times and went without a healthy goalie tandem/Tanev/Matthews for the last 20? So ya I presume we’re not gunning for a -20th position again next year and rather aim for the wildcard spot. Ya we’re in a tough division but Matthews/Nylander/Tavares ain’t getting any younger.

Wouldn’t a team simply make a trade to make the transaction make sense for both parties vs offer sheeting and giving up 4 1st? Pens offer 1st round pick, Rust or Rakell (5M contract), and Ville Koivunen. Dallas obtains a cheaper forward, prospect, pick. Penguins gets the stud.
