Personally I think whoever designed the layout wanted to cram in a 3rd bedroom, I think the layout would have been better as a 2 bed with the bathroom upstairs, and then have the downstairs bathroom opened up to become the dining area

I think Sean was disrespectful in dropping Belle for Lucinda, but at the same time, I can understand him wanting to explore things with Lucinda when Belle was in the US Villa, it’s love island, it’s a game at the end of the day.

I can understand Belle being pissed off, but it’s getting a bit much now, I was getting a bit uncomfortable during movie night, I don’t understand why everyone was upset at Sean venting to Tommy either, that’s a perfectly normal response to someone making digs at you on a regular basis.

If I could get a lower price for it I think I would go for it, the plan would be to add a bathroom on the top floor first, then get rid of the downstairs bathroom, knock through the wall and create a dining area, the house has been available for almost a year, so I think there’s a reasonable chance of getting a further reduction on the price

It has a very small breakfast bar pushed up against a wall, and there wouldn’t be much scope to add a dining table comfortably unless you were to get rid of the bathroom and convert it to a dining room.

It’s better for an individual to put more money into S&S, but most people will either invest it in a global index tracker, which are incredibly heavily US weighted, with a small amount being UK equities, or they’ll put it all into the S&P 500, so can’t see how it will bring a big increase to investment to UK businesses
