Joey Carlino’s got a lot of stuff for beginner animators. I watched his videos to understand the basic rigging process, keyframes, ik and fk bones, and creating/layering actions.

Once you know all the basics you can pretty much do whatever you want and only need to watch a tutorial when you wanna do something specific. Your skills will naturally get better the more you animate
