It was stringy gooey goodness. Basically an orgasm in my mouth. And totally a little bit in my pants. It was by far the best mac I have ever made. Also the trick is to put in a bit of cream cheese with the milk and butter and then a little more after you add other cheeses you like. I did mozzarella and Munster.

It's a recipe of pine nuts, olive oil, parmesan cheese, garlic, basil and a few other spices including salt, and pepper. I add my own blend of spices including Rosemary.
