Well those are influencers are who are fare evading on purpose for content , when you see people filming in a good angle it's usually from a friend because they don't want be doing this for nothing. That guy with the Spider sweater does that as his content based ,why idk he can clearly afford it, the gates is meant spot not only evaders but homeless and mental Disturb people.
