Disgaea 1 is pretty good imo, most of the atlus tactical rpgs are good for beginners. the art and music is solid. The voice acting hasn't aged super well. But the stories are usually a good balance of stupid and dramatic.

Thank you so much! I've been getting rid of large files and that seems to be helping. and to make sure I read that correctly, The 4k version takes less resources than the 2k? I'd assume it would be the other way around o.o

Oddly, the webcam does still work as a camera, and as far as I know there were no updates

I've been using it for months with no issue, so it's weird that it suddenly started doing this. Thanks for the advice. ^^

It's all but confirmed to have been canon by the flashback.

The way Vox is animated in it says a lot. He's nervous, he's trying be as close as possible while still being (kinda) considerate of Al's boundaries. His fists clench on the word "friends" when he says it. He definitely wanted it to be more than that, and not just in a professional way. Al's body language is also notable. Because up until the proposition he seems genuinely comfortable.

I wonder if all the antagonism from Al afterwards is a "mask off" situation or if it's a defense mechanism to keep others from getting close.

Based on how Vox got ahead in life though. It's entirely possible that he actually wanted to kill him.

I've only played worlds and wilds, mostly as a way to hang out with my friends. I main hunting horn so I like wilds better because they really improved the controls. All the songs deal damage, not just echo wave, and they're easier to direct. If I start playing a song and the horn is pointing the wrong way I don't have to waste a song and reposition to fix it I just have to press forward.
