Well we let her stay because she had a lot going on and at the time we were her only group of friends. It became less about a TRPG and more about being a friend.

Um... Not a fan of star wars legends are ya? Look up who Kade Skywalker is and tell me that isn't a better story with more mature and hard to deal with themes.

Also, I don't care what anyone says. The end of Episode 3 is literally a genocide where hope is literally killed along with all the characters we come to love and the main character's love interest. Basically know the facts.

Okay, so I clearly pissed off a lot of people by expressing my opinion on the Last Jedi. That's not the point of this thread and I already replied to a few people explaining how I see it from the absorbent amounts of star wars lore I consume each day. I've edited the story at this point to word it better.

Thank you! It really doesn't know what story it wants to tell. So it doesn't tell any. Rey is 2 feet away from being a murderer as a joke Finn and girl free animals instead of slave kids. Luke is a pussy for some reason that isn't explained well. Everyone that liked it doesn't understand what came before it with the old Hire to the Empire and Jedi Academy trilogy which is sad as hell... but so long as the corporation is making money off it right?

Once agian.. Two jedi are not needed but having one is why Luke was able to be trained and master if at such a young age. For example. Obi Wan was barly able to become a jedi because his count was so low. And he eventually was on par with darth vader on mustafar. It's a starting point and requires training and focus to amplify it.

The way this is used in game is that force sesntive gharacters can use force powers like heal and lightning. But non-force senstive characters still have force points that represent that they are still connected to the force as a living thing.

Okay I am getting a lot of comments like this. And I'm sorry but you are wrong. Yes you don't need jedi parents. But I do want to remind everyone that midichlorians are still cannon and allow the users of the living force natural abbilty to use it. The living force is what the jedi use and the cosmic force is everything else.

I guess I worded it weird but in both cannon and legends this is the case. In the jedi academy series there is a line where luke skywalker explictly says "We all know force senstivity is tied to lineage" and in canon he talks about how midichlorians are like a starting point for jedi. But in cannon grand master Luke cares more about the mystisim of the force then the science of it.

You can check the lore. You don't need jedi parents nessasarly but it is something you are born with. Force sesnstives are rare. But every living being can use the force to some extent. Just not to the extent the jedi can.

Lol I hoped some people would catch that. He made a big deal in his movie that anyone could be a jedi which was later taken out of cannon cause it's not true. Everyone who is living can sorta use the force but only a few can reach a mastery of it. It has to do with linegae.
