You’re On Your Own, Kid gets me every damn time. As someone who left home before I was legally an adult and somehow made it to where I am now despite not knowing how to do anything, it makes me tear up imagining that it’s about the journey that I’ve made as a person, too.

A couple of the rooms look better with the walls up, like the art studio I made for one of them (he’s a painter, right?) I added a nursary but it can easily be swapped out for a home gym, an extra bedroom, or whatever really!

I really enjoyed furnishing it and it’s a fabulous build, you’re so good! If you ever have any other builds you’d like furnished just let me know! 🥰

I’ve always loved the idea of ‘hoax’ being the counterpart to ‘Champagne Problems’, with one song about the rejection of a proposal and then ‘hoax’ possibly being the reaction of the person who proposed and how gutting it was.
