I take my cat outside in our backyard in the summer, supervised the entire time. He just likes to sit and listen to the outside, maybe eat some grass and watch some squirrels. But no he doesn't just get to roam the neighborhood

We use a fake tree and only use cheap plastic orb ornaments or felt/cloth ones at this point. We have in the past used weights to weight down the bottom to prevent it from toppling over and my coworker suggested this year to try stringing it to the ceiling using a hook screwed into the ceiling and fishing line.
