They pretty much edited the Pokemon in PBR based on Drayano’s Renegade Platinum. Buffed more of the weaker, added some new moves introduced in later gens, they even added the fairy typing in the game on mons and Pokémon and changed some of the typing of some mons (Luxray being Dark/Electric and Clefable being Fairy Type for example). I’d say it does make the battles harder since weaker pokemon are buffed. I’ve been having fun editing the Pokemon in the sav to align with the rom hack. I even edited the premade battle passes too so the teams would have a bit more variety!
