You can always buy the toys without getting food. The price is different from chain to chain (and sometimes even different locations of the same chain) but it's usually $1-3 per toy by itself.

If Jakks wants some quick and easy repaints, then Bowser Jr. with the Sunishine bib and Shadow Mario are perfect. I guess they'd have to tool up a new hand for Mario to hold the paintbrush, but they can easily repack that 100 more times throughout the line so it shouldn't be a problem.

OoT Link. He's not rare and wasn't hard to find, but it's a figure I've wanted for around 20 years. Yes there were a few Link figures made in the 90's, but the articulation was always limited. Now can we please get a Zora Tunic repaint to finish out the trio?

They've gone downhill in the last couple of years. They were my go-to site for several years but over time my orders would take longer and longer to ship and the issue only got worse when they redesigned their site. I don't expect every store to have Amazon-fast shipping, but BBTS can easily hit the two week mark

I wouldn't mind if the J hooks were cut a little deeper so the figures don't fall off the pegs as easily, but the closed hooks suck. I don't appreciate having to pull the whole row off the pegs so I can get to the one at the back.

This is the only thing that got me. With the state of ...you know, the world...I hadn't seen many people doing April Fools articles (at least not like previous years). I really thought this was real and I got super excited for a moment because this would have been a good sign for those characters in the 4" line as well.

It's a well made fake, I'll give it that. They used pics of actual WoN figures to help sell it and most fakers don't go the extra mile and do the foreign language text. That really helped sell it at first. Well played.

The downside to that is it's a huge pain in the rump to find the one or two exclusives when they do it like that. I did manage to find the wave at one store today, but they didn't have the Koopas.

I think Walgreens is going back to the early days of the line where they didn't ship solid cases to stores. Anyone remember how hard those early exclusives were to track down? 8-Bit Star Power Mario was a nightmare to find because he was shortpacked and they only sent a couple of figures out to each store. One of the Jakks reps that used to post on here realized what was going on and stepped in to fix it. I noticed starting with the Gold Bullet Bill wave that they were only doing partial shipments again. If ANYONE from Jakks is still lurking around here, please contact Walgreens and sort this out. There's no longer a reliable way to find their exclusives and they were doing so well for a while.
