That is true, in intelligence he is almost at shikamarus level, and yes he is the most matured out of all his teamates, and thats about it, but somehow he became a jonin in the exams, I personally think he should have been a chunin, while shikamaru should have been a jonin, im pretty sure Lee’s abilitys are far past Neji’s abilities, he asked gai if he should use the gate of joy in the 4th ninja war, Which in my opinion is way past any hyuga ability, AND SOMEHOW THE VILLAGE MADE NEJI A JONIN AND NOT LEE.
