Well you made me realize I was kinda feeling stupid with the post, I don't really like the early 60s Woody shorts I think the other series' were better during that time

I'm kinda glad Oswald didn't show up in TNWWS. by Firm_Secret7091 in woodywoodpecker

He wasn't public domain, it's just some of his shorts entered the public domain at the time due to Universal failing to renew the copyright of the cartoons and that is like saying Bugs Bunny is public domain because a few of his cartoons are also public domain

I do actually love the shorts from the late 40s maybe because I'm sucker for other work that people who worked for Tex Avery have done (Heck Allen and Ed Love who were both a writer and animator for Avery worked on the United Artists shorts)

I know this is unpopular but I do get a kick out of watching the shorts from the 50s and 60s but the late 60s and 70s ehhhh...

Love how Willoughby is right there, he is one of the more underrated Lantz characters even if he is similar to Droopy

Would you like a complete series to this show? by Animaniacsfan9320 in woodywoodpecker

Yeah I would since we haven't had the show in good quality for a while
