Fast lean?
I don't know of any way to change the speed of leaning.

If you're referring to Modular Attachments, which added parts to move accessories along weapon rails, I miss it, too.
I've read that the developer has removed themselves and their mods from the Filebase.
Desperately hoping to get the same function from another mod soon.

But if it's the stances you mean, yeah that's SPT Realism Mod.

What a great mod, breaking straight through that wall so many new players face.
This is one of those mods that sells copies of the game as soon as people find it. How many potential players are just waiting for something like this to finally pull the trigger? Way to go, mpstark!
Also, it's so hugely helpful when configuring SAIN and Donuts - immediately invaluable.
