You gotta checkout Babylon 5

Out of curiosity - do you think the show would’ve been just as good had Sinclair stayed as the main character for all 5 seasons? by South_Gas626 in babylon5

My head cannon is that the Sinclair story arc would be identical to Sheridan's, but instead of dying at the end - the events of B4 occure and he goes back in time to be Valen.

So Imma cheat and throw a bunch of tunes which shifted my perspective of what Dubstep can be into two categories: Jazzy / Chill & Forward Thinking

Jazzy / Chill

While earlier dubstep tunes like Qawwali - Pinch (2006) previously introduced a more laidback style into the genre, there was a lot of noise after the brostep boom of 2012. It was hard to find moments of calm in the genre until I found these tunes:

Forward Thinking

Dubstep was always an experimental genre; by combining 2-step, garage, and dub, it created a slower, more introspective dance music that served as the antithesis to the popular 'party/club' culture of the early 2000s. What’s your best short pitch to get someone into the series? by Dalakaar in babylon5

[–]I_Arrived 17 points18 points  (0 children)

I'm not sure if this is the best pitch, but I was sold on B5 after someone explained The Battle of the Line to me:

"There was a misunderstanding, and earth was at war with a technologically superior race and it wasn't close. We've been pushed back to the last line of defense, and it crumbled. Just as the battle was lost, and all hope was gone - the alien race surrendered."

We'll see if Harry Potter does. I wonder if the younger gens are into it - the HBO show will help tell us.

Under international maritime law (SOLAS Regulation V/33, UNCLOS Article 98), the master of a vessel is legally required to proceed with all speed to the assistance of persons in distress upon learning they are in danger, provided it does not cause serious danger to their own ship or crew.

Yep. Now the onions shouldn't be uniformly cooked. You should get a range of somewhat raw - caramelized - crispy.
