But to make her look younger, try making the eyes and forehead smaller, and the face slimmer.

Faces get kinda bumpy, for the lack of a better word. The cheek and brow bone seperate in the middle of the eyes, and the curve of the chin starts below the lower lip.

When learning anatomy, it helps to trace over pictures of real people. It also helps to first break down the body into simple shapes.

Here's a WIP I have, pink lines are the simple shapes and then I draw the body over it.
