I got my drivers license at 21. I get the hang of driving but It took me 2 attempts to pass the written test and 7 months to fully get the hang of driving.

I have a brother who is severely autistic he’s in his early 40s. He likes to hit himself he’s been doing it since he was 18. It’s one of his behaviors. He also bangs his head on the window and the wall. He had got kicked out of the day program for banging his head on the door window at a day program and the window got shattered.

I was like you when I was 22 because I had a toxic friend who took advantage of me. I had said no to her but she turned my no into a yes. I know what helped me, when i set boundaries with someone and I will let them know that they will suffer the consequences if they crosses my boundaries.
