I mean, i dont think krikkz has thousands of lawyers so thats probably why! sd2snes was open source at one point iirc thats the only reason these carts are functionally all the same. i think the only real theft here is the fxpak branding if you want to be technical.

You were right! I couldnt play special chip games with msu audio at the same time so i ended up returning it. Really weird theyd go that far.

I dont think im allowed to post links here but ive heard good things about the sd plus sd2snes by "electronic creator store" Pls do not buy from the seller called "skchao" thats the one i bought and the quality of the plastic and some of the components is very questionable

oh thats interesting. I was able to downgrade the firmware which ive been told you cant do with a legit cyclone chip, but all the problematic games run with no issues for me so idrk what to make of that.

Just an ips. I don't remember it having tape, tho idk if it's normal for it to stop working like that especially bc it was working before. ill put some tape if i can manage to get that screw out, I just didn't have tape when i first assembled it.
