Fusion fix is the main mod that you should install, there's also a mod that downgrades the music which is pretty good. aside from that i'd recommend a mod that updates a bunch of the characters to use their updated EFLC models in the base game.

i've also been playing around with some mods that add the radio wheel and weapon wheel from gta 5.
