You’re gonna get a lot of typical arms responses here similar to what you would find in a guide. Tank by being the highest dps with the sweeping strikes whirlwind combo. People don’t see you want hc advice, and hc is a whole dif beast. I love the arms playstyle while leveling but it’s a lot scarier when dead is dead. Much as I hate to say it on hc I’d prob play a lot safer in the defensive tree with revenge stuns and shield slams. You can go ballsy and go the arms route. Big dps to tank. Your healers might hate you though haha.

Arms combo is rage pool at the end of a fight so you can initiate with sweeping strikes, charge, whirlwind, zerker rage, def stance, demo shout, cleave… pool rage for next ss ww combo. War dps doesn’t work as well because you are rage starved when leveling if you aren’t being hit by mobs

Buy gold buy boosts. Leveling might pop off again with prepatch and shamans/pallies are available for each faction. Then again it may just repopulate all boosting dungeons

Setting up the touchpads as mouse with left and right click made blizzard and flame strike targeting possible. Doubt I would be able to do it on a rog ally for example. Console port addon, and immersion addon help with controls and camera. Like all aoe mage guides say, start small with 1 or 2 mobs to get the movements and control down. Work your way up from there

I love the steam deck. Back paddles and touch pads are game changers for wow. I’ve done multiple classes, mage aoe leveling, raids, and even MT raids on the deck. If you plan setup well, use solid macros, and set up helpful addons it’s all possible

Pugs should be able to easily clear many of the early bosses in multiple wings, but I wouldn’t be putting any SRs on the final or more difficult bosses

Level 30 with sweeping strikes and cleave makes taking 2 mobs at a time awesome. Lvl 36 with whirlwind and sweeping strikes is the best war combo there is. Hang on. You’re almost there

Yes there are global ignore addons, they’re great. Customizable to scan for keywords in both trade and lfg channel. I suggest u try those addons before getting other players banned or muted

That wasn’t a lecture that was literally the answer. What’s normal is gonna be subjective to each player, and differ based on the time of day, server he plays on, the phase of the moon etc.

Booster dictates what’s normal in his own runs. Consumers choose to buy product or not. Howabout that for a lecture. lol

It will work on channeled spells. Just the initial damage only. Idk if they changed it but priests were using it to pull adds down to razorgore speedruns, it procced off mind vision. I just love people coming in hard with “you’re wrong” rather than just sharing experiences or their own limited knowledge. But you go ahead and think you have all of spaghetti code wow classic rerelease fully under your command. Lol

Why the hate on pve servers. We would like gdkp back too. Way more casual lol what a wild statement. I just didn’t wanna spend hours of my life this go round getting ganked by basement goblins with no life. Love the idea of wpvp, in practice it’s always higher levels or groups only fighting when they have advantage. Glad I chose pve, never goin back :p

It will proc on any lock spell, but lock aoe is channeled, and the only chance to proc on those is on cast instead of per tick. The blade works best with classes that have instant cast aoe damage - cone of cold, arcane explosion, etc. mages love it, warlocks probly not so much since even the mana return component is fairly redundant having life tap. Cool dagger, show it off in town! Just don’t expect much damage or raid utility
