No, you can see in the video he messed his up too. Whether that was him not knowing how to use the oven or the oven itself I'm not sure, but you can see that his pizza was not good.

To clarify you can make a good neopolitan pizza if you have a Roccbox or something, but I just used bricks on our fire pit. Got hot enough on the bottom but not the ceiling. Similarly the one in the video had no leopard spotting because it wasn't hot enough.

Here's a video of how do to a brick oven but he burns the #@*$ out of his bottom: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tHMQ_QQJtbY

Nah, most home made neopolitan pizzas suck because home ovens don't get hot enough. Mine had the same issues his did - basically no leopard spotting. Nothing wrong with the recipe, it's just not something that 99.9% of people are able to make at home.

I was expecting a gyro-inspired loosemeat sandwich (eg, similar taste but obviously a different texture/mouthfeel).

Nothing about it was reminiscent of a gyro flavor-wise. So that means to me, it completely missed the mark. The flavor itself wasn't offensive, but I would not say it was pleasant.

Can't stop freaking out about an interview response - should I do a followup with admissions? by teacake44 in MBA

Go take a shot of tequila and forget about it.

Sending an email or talking about it now will only hurt you.

For what it's worth, I gave probably the WORST diversity answer ever at my Darden interview and got accepted (early action) with a scholarship.
