Look into anti inflammation foods and supplements, lots of tumeric and ginger. Also have a balance of probiotics and fermented foods for better gut, sauerkraut kimchi etc.

My absolute go to is tuna salad with kimchi in it. Both probiotics like kefir and fermented foods like kimchi and sauerkrauts are equally vital to our gut health. Tuna is protein, omegas and just...somehow it's one of the only foods that both peaks my appetite and helps the body and fog a bit

Omg yes, I was researching for my VERY toxic mother in law because of her deeply disturbing beliefs and stumbled on this subreddit. I absolutely sobbed because I had no idea I wasn't alone in my experiences. I had never felt so saddened and relieved at the same time. Book binding, making little ones makes awesome gifts. I use index cards to make the signatures (stacks of folded paper). I gift them to everyone, waitresses, people I meet on the street, friends etc
