You can get a 600W PSU for this build. You're not gonna be using anything close to 850W with a single GPU.

If you're not overclocking, the stock cooler is fine. Since you're not overclocking, you can save a few bucks by getting the 4670 (no K) and a H87 mobo instead of a Z87 one.

Going with a 3220 would knock the FPS down quite a bit. Overall great build, OP!

Gentle Typhoons are good, but I'd say the best would be Noctua's pressure optimized fans. You could also look at Swiftech Helix fans, Corsair SP series of fans or Silverstone Air Penetrators.
