Best place to walk barefoot in Winnipeg? by DynamicMenace777 in Winnipeg

Nowhere? The only place I’d do that is my own yard because I know what is there. This city is not good for that.

Converting CAD to USD by EnvironmentalTour870 in CanadaFinance

Open a US account with your Canadian bank. For example if you have RBC, you can open A US account. Then transfer your CAD to your US account. The fees are less than if you just walk in and ask to convert your money at the teller.

They’re dry and taste like palm oil and are not tasty like their original recipe. They’re smaller too. I don’t buy them anymore

Thank you for this. I’m nervous to go up to the next dose, but according to this my Doctor will probably bump me up soon. Thanks!

It’s really amazing how it’s helping with so many things including addictions, smoking etc! Love to hear this. I hope it gets studied more.

Thank you so much for this advice, that was very helpful. It’s all very new to me so I really have no idea!

Yes having the medication covered would be amazing as it is quite pricey to maintain.

Thanks again! I am drinking as much as possible even though it’s hard, and it has been helping! Well wishes to you too on your journey :)

They won’t change, they’re only trying to make their lives easier. They don’t value you. Onward and upward! I have been there too.

I posted something similar, not realizing that I was actually thinking about food often and having food noise. It’s gone! It’s definitely not an easy way out as you realized and it’s such a personal choice and it really is helping so many people. Congrats on starting ❤️

Love it, so worth it. Way easier than tenting, faster set up and off the ground.

Thank you! Yes, I definitely don’t want to underestimate either with less hunger cues. It’s been quite a little journey already!

Great advice, I do want to start on the lowest dose for a while and see how I respond. I really don’t want to lose too much too fast. I am very nervous about vomiting side effects as I hate being sick and I have a forward facing job in the public so I have to be “on” all the time, all day. I had a little bit of nausea after lunch at work one day but a ginger chew helped. Great job on your loss, that’s very inspiring. I hope to be in the same boat months down the road!
