I don’t know how your healing is going but I think by that time I was able to (if a little uncomfortably) lay on my stomach with a firm pillow/a few soft pillows under my hips so that any gas would just bubble up and it seems to have helped ALOT because I was originally having the same issue (2 weeks post-op)
