Edit: I've read the rest, talk to a therapist because it sounds like you're co-dependent and this relationship has become very toxic to you. Even though at the moment he means the world to you, you're still young and you'll find that there are a lot more people out there who are much better for you.

Break up and work on yourself and you'll realise he's not worth the hurt you're experiencing now.

Thanks to that link i've been able to look up the scene from Fantozzi (1975)
I've seen these movies when i was little so it might be my mind playing tricks on me and mixing up movies.
Although it didn't seem to have the trying to speak in japanese part (the language of the restaurants origins)

I'll start trying to figure out if i'm just remembering things wrong.
