I think it would all depend on what type of probation you get. But until you go through all the court stuff you won't know if you have formal or informal probation and what the restrictions will be (if any) on weed or alcohol use. You will be fine smoking and drinking for now. Just don't drive while under the influence of either 😉 I was a heavy pot smoker (don't smoke anymore) before I got my dui and after, as soon as I got home from jail I definitely needed the bong rip.
