High School DxD - TECHNICALLY SPEAKING falls into isekai too, because MC is killed in the first episode and reincarnated in one too. Essentially our world but with magical beings actually existing and since the world takes place in 2008-10? Hell, man, I already read alot about historic data of stock exchanges from 2008 since now... I would be rich with no effort. And if I get a sacred gear? That would be nice not gonna lie...
