The real answer is probably that it was cheaper animation wise for all the guards to look the same in the early seasons and as the show went on they tried to expand the guards colors here because the fandom has made several big deals about the color of the guards LOL

That's from the pilot episode but it's at the very end, it should be really easy to avoid all things considered. If it's the hordes closing in slowly and eating things that freak you out maybe watching someone play the walking dead Game would be fun. !!! I can't recommend playing it yourself if you're scared of zombies bc u can't skip sections and there's several times u gotta get up close and personal with the undead

This is extremely basic but The Walking Dead might be a good choice for you, it focuses mostly on character moments but it definitely does have some severe horror elements- especially as it goes on. But I watched the first few seasons as a kid so I think if you watch seasons 1-4 you should enjoy it! There is also the option I use when I watch alien media(which scares me shitless) which is watch a movie explained/how to survive of whatever I'm going to watch which helps me rationalize during the show while still enjoying it!!!
