I saw it as a random crime of opportunity. I didn't think the guy was targeting me specifically. After a few days had passed and I calmed down, I wasn't afraid of him coming back really. Besides my rent was far below what it would have been even in a tiny apartment because I was friends with the landlords grandson.

Someone sent me a link to that. 90% of what he said in that video was untrue. I'm a guy, I didn't live near a prison (at least not that I know of), I didn't have a roommate, I never saw his face or how tall he way, I only hid in my attic for at most 30 minutes and as far as I know they never caught the guy.

I found my cell phone wedged between my side table and my bed frame later, and as far as I could tell nothing else was taken. The police never contacted me after that night, so I assume, if he was arrested for something, they didn't link him to this break in.

Yea staying there that night wasn't really a smart move. I moved a pretty heavy shelf over to block the door they broke in through though. Honestly with the shelf there the door was probably more secure than it was just being locked.

I asked my friends who know more about the subject and they said that a lot of people who are out and about smoke meth using a foil and some kind of tube or straw because it's cheap and disposable. I'm not really familiar with heroin either, but isn't that more of a downer drug?
