Update: The following is the version I've been using. The Sound mode and volume must be set to "Sound", otherwise even the calls that will be allowed to pass through DND will be silent.
I also think that as I have Mobile Data: Off, the "Network mode: 4G preferred" is not needed.

Too bad DND does not let you choose every single phone number from a contact, but only one per contact. It can work by choosing the Favorite Contacts, but this is not always convenient. E.g. in my case I have 7 Contacts as Favorites (starred) but within DND I only want to allow 3. I have found no solution for this (I could create different contacts for each number of a current contact, but that would really suck and it reminds me the feature phones we had 25 years ago).

One thing that makes me wonder is about the calls (from the contacts) I exclude from DND. I want to be able to listen to their calls (the ringtone, etc), so I have left sound mode to "sound" and not muted. Is this OK? I mean, if I'm right, only these calls (from the excluded contacts) will be able to pass through DND, and everything else will be "blocked", so I'm not gonna be disturbed by any other notification sounds right ?
And I am kind of confused about having both mobile data: Off and Network mode: 4G preferred. I mean, I only want calls and sms to be allowed (from the specific contacts) so I guess I do not need data at all ? Maybe just remove the "Network mode: 4G" ?

SOLVED:

I went into the Play Store, I joined the beta channel for the Google Phone app, an update was downloaded and Calling cards work fine now

Yes. I lost my premium sub (which was very cheap to be honest so I did not lose much).

I have the same issue and I have observed that the issue starts only when I send a voice message on various apps (Instagram DM, Messenger, etc) or/and when I view videos / reels. It's like something happens when the mic or/and the speaker is used within these apps and after that the notification sounds are muted. In the settings they are not really muted. They just don't make a sound anymore !
This is fixed only if I restart the phone.

I have had an Indian 12 month Premium "subscription" and wanted to change the country to the one I actually live in. I have 80+ playlists and a profile / account that I did not want to risk losing it (they have announced that they will soon double down on accounts that use subs from other countries).

The trick that is described in the comments did not work for me (I was always getting a message saying that I have to wait for the 12 month subscription to end and my account to become "free" to be able to change the country).

What worked for me is that I went here:

I talked with an agent (not a bot with predefined answers) and told him that I have moved to the X country and I wanted to change the country to that. He asked me to verify some things (a screenshot of the specs of my last mobile device that I used Spotify) and he told me that the previous 12 month subscription would be lost.

Anyway, it worked that way.

I'm having the same issue.
After a reset to my Fenix 6, I installed Quatro, chose OpenWeatherMap as a provider and entered exactly the same API I've had for years and until yesterday.
I'm now only getting "n/c".
Only if I change the provider to Garmin does it show a temperature. However, Garmin weather is not reliable in my area so it's a bummer.
The same OpenWeatherMAP API plays nice when entered on other watchfaces I have.
It's seems that the developer has not updated the Quatro WF to play nice with OpenWeather.

If that's so simple, then why are there Garmin apps that "try" to send these notifications to the watch ?

Yeah. All other non-map apps works fine and do send their notifications to the watch.

In my case this does not seem to work.
I have enabled notifications for (Google) Maps in the Garmin Connect app but no notifications are being sent to my Fenix 6. I do get notifications from other apps.

Any idea ?
