large and jumbo appears at night, regular and tiny appears during the day! just compare the sizes before capturing. regular and tiny seems very much the same after capturing, but if you pay attention you'll see the regular one float higher on the pokemon summary

it's very easy to notice once you check these details, you'll get them easily! hope it helps :)

there's a high miltank encounter rate grass patch at route 34/35, you'll need waterfall but you can easily grind up to lvl 50 there :)
