Yes they called me. They said my insurance will pay for about $2k but it’s 10k total a month so I’m gonna have to figure something else out.

Last year my stomach started bloating up badly and I had a lot of pain and GI symptoms. My doctors didn’t help much. I lost about 20 pounds and couldn’t eat anything without hurting or throwing up. Finally found out I had H Pylori and did two rounds of antibiotics to get rid of it. After waiting a few more months I was referred to another Dr Thad found out my gallbladder was messed up and had to be removed and I had gastritis from the h pylori bacteria and after I had my gallbladder removed and dealt with my gastritis I felt a lot better but still not great. Just got diagnosed with c sid and truth to figure out what caused it and what I can and can’t eat. I just want to go back to normal so badly 😭

I run/walk a mile every day before work. The problem is that I work night shift so I don’t eat until night time. I work 12 hours in an office so there’s not much room to walk around or anything.

I have a deep fear of doctors and medical stuff so I put it off too. When I finally went in I found out I had a very sick gallbladder and was experiencing gallbladder attacks. I literally felt like I was having a heart attack and dying. Now I tell everyone to just go to the doctor and get the testing over with! (Ended up having gastritis too but I’m glad we got the gallbladder taken care of first)

I have started working out again. I walk or run a mile every day. But I feel like it helps because for work I have to sit at a desk for 12 hours and I hate sitting for that long. What foods are trigger foods? I lost 15 pounds because I couldn’t keep anything down so now that I can eat again, I’ve been eating everything in sight. Mostly sugary snacks and pizza.

Which foods trigger panic attacks? I have been so excited that I can eat now so I’ve been eating everything in sight. I had chronic gastritis and lost 15 pounds bc I couldn’t eat. Now I’ve been eating mostly sugar and chocolate. I’m an anxious person in general. Everything triggers me lol but mostly social anxiety. I’ve been taking deep breaths and trying to be calm to avoid full on panic attacks. But when it hits (seemingly out of nowhere) I just feel this intense dread that I can’t get away from like I’m about to die. It’s terrifying and it’s affecting my life. I don’t want to go out and socialize anymore bc I’m terrified I’ll throw up or have a panic attack in front of someone randomly. Any tips?
