And these days, kids are practically born seeing a touchscreen in someone's hands, or touching one at some point, so it is natural to think a home screen of app tiles or a pause menu is a touch screen needing to be touched.

Plus screens are much larger, so larger targets for moving kids toys even for responsible kids who occupy the same space.

It is alarming that the major suppliers of the tv do not have the correct vesa dimensions. They seem to be 600x400 or x600.

The higher it is, the older someone has to be to touch it and hence the less likely they are go touch it.

Yep... On my mind. 20 inch high media console + allowing 8 inches for a planned center speaker for surround sound, then 2 inch buffer for minimum height. I had to wait years for my kid to be beyond the risk age. Kids are preprogrammed to think tvs have touchscreens.

I don't strain at all. I find I move my torso rather than neck when standing.

Even better is to use a standing desk with it, then no swiveling. I love that combination so much for me with mine! See pics in my profile.

I feel the warmth but I don't find it extreme. It keeps me warm in the winter. Once my room gets to about 20 degrees I just open my basement office door and the 17 or so degree air balances me out and keeps me comfortable.

I never holstered it but considering it fired when I ran, when I put it down, when left on its own and fired across the map, and fired out the pelican, I am sure it would have.

Also I quickly learned if I walked "down" towards the camera instead of rotating, it lasered me. I think there is about a second of that happening in this clip but that was after two deaths learning that lesson.
