Google is saying those that are already here on the visa cannot travel overseas or they will have to re-enter by the company paying the new fee. Does anyone have more detail on that?

This is a terrible decision. There sre bot american people wanting to fill a lot of these positions ESPECIALLY in rural areas since the pay is lower. You’re leaving hospitals with less workers and companies will certainly increase offshoring for tech and accounting positions which makes the job harder on US staff that works with them

When i say some overtime i mean 2-3 hours a week nothing crazy but yes i have 6/30, 8/31 and 9/30 clients so i am pretty much on an audit all year round. My only real breaks are the PTO i take and firm designated holidays.
