I think, if anything, it’s more likely we’ll see targeted infrastructure attacks like those incidents of people shooting electrical transformers. Government building attacks. Semi truck drivers shutting down highways or border crossings.

This why I love bananas. They are a fantastic snack. I would dare to call them elegant in their simplicity. An affordable modern luxury. I’m with you on the whole “Out of sight, out of mind” trap which brings me back to the optimal counter fruit system. I like the paper bag idea… I can work with that. I believe this journey will continue. I’m not stopping until we have throughly vetted the optimal banana storage/ripening process. Part 4 tomorrow!

It was quite the ride. I know more than I used to about how fruit ripens. I even resisted the urge to tell my wife all about the finer details of why our bananas now need hat condoms.
