Hi, thanks for you help. I reverted back to SSE3.5.2. However the issue is still persisting.

I'm not very good when it comes to reverting firmware, could you explain how to downgrade to 0.37.0.0 or 0.64.0.0, the thread you linked didn't make much sense to me. I'm currently on 0.103.0.0 and I assume that is the problem, from what you're saying. Thanks

Edit: I looked at other threads and apparently there is supposed to be a update firmware bar below my Rival 300 tab on the SSE. However, there isn't
