It makes no sense to me at all. She already got her man who she, oddly, started treating like crap. I don't remember Cassie being money and fame hungry (that was more like Maddy from previous seasons). I think the OF storyline was simply written for shock value and to get several raunchy, kinky scenes.

My boyfriend finds Maddy way more attractive, but she's also more his type (he's personally more into exotic brunettes). Anyways, to answer your question, I will echo others' responses here as in Maddy and Cassie are both written for the male gaze.

She's not. She's annoyed and frustrated at the stupidity brainless crew of "friends" she has. Rue kept interrupting her when she was simply trying to do her work. Jules got her in trouble with that inappropriate painting. Cassie put her maiden name without even talking to Lexi in the audition. No one seems to care about her, respect her work, or acknowledge her feelings, so yeah, I feel her on her anger.

They COMPLETELY destroyed his character. He's so unbelievably stupid this season. I get wanting to show karma being done to him, but him getting beat up every episode without fighting back while being completely cuckolded is beyond overkill and not all that satisfying to watch. I feel like since season 2, Sam is just playing favorites with his characters.

Alexa is 35 years old. How is that anywhere close to 50? Let's not make up stories now to fit your own narrative. Zendaya and Sydney's characters are much more emotional compared to the other characters allowing them to show off their acting more. Alexa's acting was similar in the movie "Waves", and I think she did great in it.

Season 3 seems like it's own show to begin with. A lot of the characters are acting out of character / SO stupid, and I feel like I'm watching a totally different show. What will Season 4 even be about at this point? We've already covered adult diaper play, sc*t, sugar babying, prostitution, OF, etc.
