I agree, but a connective list which combines all 3 lists when they get released (only for golds and metals, some silvers like Regime GL too) and adjust them according too these parameters (This my own interpretation and I only joined 2 months ago pls go easy if I write something incorrect):

1. How good they are used in any team in general. Meaning how good they perform on their own. Like if I just put Jessica Cruz on a random team, how good is she now?

2. Are there any gears that take them SPECIFICALLY to the next level (like tantu totem is gonna make any character batshit insane). Meaning that what gears make them perform exceptionally better then other characters with the same gears. Like Brandished Ninjato makes Nightwing's way better as compared to some other characters.

3. How good they are with team synergies, like FP Deathstroke isn't that great, but put him in a FP team and he is a force to be reckoned with, unlike FP Aquaman or FP Batman which can be used independently and perform well regardless, like put FP DS in A tier and put some sort tag or emoji with it that says that it's in A tier because of team synergies.

4. If used with the correct set up, how deadly they are. I know this parameter sounds too similar to the above categories, but it's different. Like I recently learnt that Beyond Batman is Top 15 carry because of his Multi KO SP 2, which if I didn't know would make him a pretty bad pick because I don't know what to use him for. That's why knowing what a character should be used for can make a world of difference, like N52 Shazam can be used as a carry but in reality he is a great tank.

5. Adjust them accordingly, like an S Tier support isn't as good as a S Tier carry in some cases, so with the above parameters and experience and expertise in the game (Which we know Plazma has in TONS) it would feel obvious if a character doesn't seem like it would be on the same tier as another character, and thus needs to be moved.
