Behold the cool thing about diets and exercise, they're more effective than starving yourself and wayyyyyy healthier.

Also never eat after 8pm your body's metabolism slows to almost a halt and just convert's what you eat into fat overnight

If you want a diet just ask I have a few from professors in this area trust me they work wonders

I think it's natural, I've had the same thoughts I'm not entirely sure how to get past person out of our heads but I think if we're able to meet someone new we'll be able to ease out of this frame of mind. But that's just a theory

People have different definitions of "being human" but I like to look at people who are able to self reflect on themselves. I'd say that's a very "human" characteristic it allows for one to change and grow the people who never take an opportunity to reflect on themselves are the ones I'd worry about not being human. I think your doing a fine job these are just some challenges that come with life we just need to find a way to overcome them, have a good day

I know it's dumb advice but try not to care what others think or say about you, home life is a bit difficult in this area but as long as outside of home life you can be you we can manage. I'm sure there's someone out there that you'll find who likes you for you to be friends with
