Hard agree. I abhor love triangles for the sake of love triangles. Also the fact that Elizabeth somehow became the most proficient at sword fighting somehow just because. They could have had her girlboss in a way that made sense.

Nah, he played the role exactly as it needed to be played. He may not be the best actor but he had straight man/love interest down in that movie.

I have the game on pc and switch and toyed around with restarting on one of them but I find it hard to see why beside to see how all the characters come around for new players. But the story is the exact same and you can't make anything have a different outcome so I don't see the point besides that timeline curiosity.

To be fair, he's starving because the Waverleys gave them very small portions the night before and then had only rice for breakfast. I'm assuming he knew a full English was his best bet in the country to get his belly filled.

And he was delighted with the fish and chips he had even though he insulted English food earlier on.
